1. What Outbid is
Outbid is a paid advertising placement service. Placing a bid buys a ranked advertising slot on our website plus optional marketing services. Bids are not investments, securities, deposits, loans, or gambling, and confer no ownership, equity, or right to a return.
2. Bids and ranking
Listings are ranked by their standing bid, highest first. You may be outbid at any time, which lowers your rank. Bids are non-refundable once your placement goes live, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
3. Acceptable use
You may not list content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, adult, hateful, or that promotes scams, malware, or regulated products without authorization. We may remove any listing at our discretion without refund for policy violations.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store card details.
5. Metrics
Click and impression counts are provided for transparency and are estimates; they may include some automated traffic and are not guaranteed to be free of error.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.
